The work generally consists of constructing full depth asphalt concrete repairs, pavement grinding, asphalt concrete overlays, microsurfacing, traffic striping, crosswalk markings, sidewalk replacement, curb and gutter repairs, ADA curb ramp upgrades, and installing signage when applicable and other miscellaneous work as described herein. The proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents.

The below scope of services includes the major tasks required to complete the planning study. Proposals should include any recommended additional tasks determined necessary to meet the objective defined above and reasoning behind such approach. The successful consultant will coordinate with the City to ensure all deliverables under Phase 1 (Planning Tasks) are fulfilled, and all deadlines are met.

The work generally consists of tenant improvements at the Napa Valley College including constructing walls, doors, ADA improvements and other miscellaneous work as described herein. The proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents.

The work generally consists of, and should be priced separately as follows: Storm Drain Improvements: approximately 45’ of 36” storm pipe, 894’ of 48” storm pipe and 3,867’ of 60” storm pipe running under Mills Lane. Mills Lane Improvements: Mills Lane re-alignment, highway 29 intersection work and railroad crossing. La Fata Sidewalk Improvements: Sidewalk improvements at the west side of La Fata. Recycled Water Improvements: Convey recycled water line in the public right of way in Mills Lane extending from Highway 29 easterly to the eastern end of Mills Lane and connect to existing line.

The City Identified the need for a storm drainage system on Mills Lane from Highway 29 to the Napa River in the early 1970's and completed a design in 1974. This storm drain was later considered in the City's 2000 Master Plan of Drainage, identified in the City's Storm Drain Impact Fees and the 2005 Highway 29 Specific Plan and its Environmental Impact Repert (EIR) prepared in 2003 (SCH#2001082017). While the storm drain was considered in the above documents, the project was never implemented. No hydrological studies or environmental documentation have been done for the storm drain porject.

The City of St. Helena Wastewater Treatment and Reclamation Plant is located at 1 ChaixLane/Thomann Lane, St. Helena in Napa County, southeast of the City and adjacent tothe Napa River. The City of St. Helena owns and operates the WWTRP and its associatedwastewater collection system.
